Executive Team

Bryan Cole
President, CEO

Mr. Cole is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Cole Engineering Services, Inc.  He is also the acting Program Manager and System Engineer on the $28M CACCTUS Project. Cole Engineering is Co-Developer for OneSAF, the Army’s choice for the composable, next generation CGF that can represent a full range of operations, systems, and control processes. As Division Manager of the Simulation Software Division for SAIC in the early 2000’s, managed the operation for earlier development of Semi-Automated Forces (SAF), Automated Exercise and Assessment System, Dismounted Infantry SAF (DISAF), Virtual Emergency Response Training System (VERTS), OneSAF Testbed Baseline and the OneSAF Objective System. Mr. Cole earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Southern Illinois University in 1981.  He has completed additional courses of study in Computer, Electrical and Systems Engineering.  His industry training has focused on Program Management.

John Stevens

John has over 24 years of professional Software Development experience primarily in C and C++ languages. He holds a degree from the University of Central Florida in Computer Science with emphasis on parallel computing. He has developed a broad range of software from high level applications (Storage Management SW) to low level code (device drivers). He has OOA/OOD experience using Booch method and OOP experience using C++. He has extensive storage SW background (RAID, tape backup, optical and CD-ROM jukebox) and extensive experience in networked constructive simulation technologies including OneSAF (OTB and OOS), VSA, MATREX, including DIS and HLA. In addition he has CMMI process experience and has formal training as an evaluation team member. He has background on a variety of operating system platforms: Linux, WindowsNT, Novell NetWare to name a few.

Linda Duke
Comptroller
Operations Officer

Linda brings over 20 years of experience in providing strategic direction for financial and operational activities, projects, and programs.  She attended Western Illinois University and the University of North Texas majoring in Economics.  Linda has extensive experience in corporate monthly financial reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, FAR, DFAR, and Cost Accounting, managing cash flows, capital analysis and internal controls and procedures.
